This is an amazing sequel to the Pretties. Tally has been turned into a Special, a specially (get it?) engineered "police force" for her city. Tally and her group of friends, The Cutters, must keep the Uglies in their place, keep the Pretties "bubbly", and keep the remaining Smokies from handing out the cure.
